How to use Seerty
A four-minute walkthrough of the whole site, from a blank form to a downloaded, ATS-ready PDF.
The video shows the basics of building and downloading a CV. The AI features below are newer and are not in the video yet.
The short version
- Start typing, or import what you already have. In "My details", fill in the form yourself, or click "Upload CV" (PDF or Word) or "Paste text" and Seerty fills the form for you. Either way, check the result: automatic import can make mistakes, especially with unusual layouts.
- Read the ATS check. It looks at your resume the way scanning software does, and lists specific things to fix, such as a missing job title or a summary that runs too long.
- Arrange it your way. Above the preview, "Arrange sections" lets you drag every section (summary, skills, experience, education and the rest) into the order you want. Choose "Classic" or "Compact" for how much fits on the page, and pick a font. Select words and press B to make them bold.
- Compare it with a real job posting. Open the "Job match" tab, paste in a job description and press "Analyze match" to see your keyword match and which important words are missing. Under it, the AI requirements check reads the job the way a recruiter would: each requirement (years, skills, degree, languages) is marked as shown in your CV, partly shown or missing.
- Practise the interview. In the "Interview" tab, answer questions about your own CV and the job, by voice or by typing, and get a score out of 10 with tips for each answer. Choose "AI interviewer" for questions written for you, starting easy (you can pick Easy, Normal or Hard), and an AI coach that shows a stronger version of each answer.
- Download your CV as a PDF or a Word file. Previewing and the checks are free; downloading the finished file is BHD 1.000 (nothing is charged yet, while Seerty is in beta). Both formats come from the same order. The text is real and selectable, not a picture, which is what lets ATS software read it correctly. Some countries and employers ask for Word; otherwise the PDF keeps your layout exactly as you see it.
- Optional: share a public profile page. In the "Profile" tab, build a page from your CV, or choose "Links only" to start from zero with just your name, a headline, a short bio and your links (Instagram, WhatsApp, your website). Put the link in your Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn bio. Nothing is public until you tick that box yourself.
The AI features (optional)
- ✨ Improve with AI under your summary and bullet points suggests stronger wording. Nothing changes until you press "Use this".
- Tailor with AI in Job match rewrites your summary and bullet points with the job's words. It never adds a skill you do not have: anything the job asks for that your CV does not show is listed as "add only if it is true".
- ✨ Ask AI at the top of the page is a chat assistant that knows your CV (without your name or contact details) and the job post: ask it for a cover letter, how to describe a gap, or how to use the site.
- Voice answers in interview practice are turned into text by the AI, then you can correct them before scoring.
- Your name and contact details are never sent to the AI. What is sent goes to AI providers outside Bahrain that may keep it, so the site asks you before you use the AI the first time. See the privacy policy.
A few tips
- If an imported CV comes out wrong, check the yellow note under "Already have a CV?": it tells you exactly what could not be read, so you can fix it by hand.
- The ATS check updates as you type, so it is worth keeping an eye on it while you write.
- Switch between English and Arabic with the language button in the top right; the layout mirrors itself automatically for Arabic.
