Refund policy

1. In short

The service is currently free, so there is nothing to refund. The rules below apply from the day we start charging.

You buy a digital file (and, if you choose, a keyword report) that is available immediately. If it does not work because of a fault on our side, we fix it or refund you in full. If you simply change your mind after you received a correct file, we do not refund.

2. When we refund

Within 7 days of payment we refund the full amount if:

• the PDF cannot be created or downloaded because of a fault on our side that we are unable to fix;
• you were charged twice or an amount different from the price you were shown;
• the file does not match what you entered because of an error in our system.

3. When we do not

• You changed your mind after a correct file was created.
• You did not get an interview or a job, or an ATS scored the resume differently from what you hoped. We do not promise these results.
• The content has an error you typed or imported. You can edit and download again, within your edit and download limits, at no extra cost.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

5. How to ask

Use the contact page (choose “A refund”) or write to halhakeem2@gmail.com. Give your order reference (the long code in your private order link) and a short description of what went wrong. We answer within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; how long the bank or payment provider takes is outside our control, usually 5 to 14 days.
