1. Who we are

By using the site, and by ticking the box before you download or publish, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. What the service does

You give us your career details and we lay them out as a single-column resume with real, selectable text, which applicant tracking systems (ATS) can usually read. We also offer checks and a keyword comparison against a job description. These are aids. We do not promise that a resume passes any particular ATS, or that you will get an interview or a job.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping it true. Check the PDF before you send it to anyone.
• Only use your own details, or details of a person who has agreed to it.
• You keep all rights in your content. You allow us to process it to give you the service (draw the preview and PDF, store the order for the periods in the privacy policy).
• Do not enter anything unlawful, misleading about who you are, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

4. Importing an existing CV

Import reads your file automatically and can make mistakes: a wrong job title, a missing section, a date in the wrong place. Always read every section afterwards. Scanned pictures, password-protected PDFs, old .doc files and Arabic CVs are not supported.

5. Beta, price, access and limits

Seerty is in beta and free. Features may change or stop working while we test. We may start charging later; if we do, we will announce it on the About page first, the price is shown before you pay, and nothing is charged without your action.

Each order gives access for 30 days, up to 10 downloads and 20 edits. When the time or a limit is used up, access ends. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

6. Public profile pages

A profile page is optional. If you publish one, anyone with the link can see what you chose to show. You can change or delete it at any time. We may remove a page that impersonates someone, contains spam or unlawful content, or breaks these terms. Anyone can report a page using the link on it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the site, do not scrape it, and do not use it to send spam or to harm others.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available. We may change or stop features. We will not delete an order you still have access to without a reason such as a breach of these terms or a legal duty.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost opportunities (such as a job you did not get), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to go to another court under mandatory law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters we change the version date and ask you to agree again. Current version: 2026-09-21.
